We are fully conversant with the application of International Financial Reporting Standards and Mauritius Accounting Standards to the financial statements of business enterprises and are able to advise on compliance issues relating thereto.

Our audit clients are reputable owner-managed, medium size and large companies operating in a wide variety of sectors. We act as auditors of Mauritius Global Business Companies (GBC’s) with overseas investments and owned by major foreign companies (including quoted companies) and high net worth individuals. Our assurance engagements involving GBC’s cover full-scope audits and limited-scope reviews at entity and group level (for both statutory local and overseas reporting purposes). In the case of GBC’s owned by foreign companies, we are also called upon to liaise with and provide supplementary reports to auditors of overseas parents.

We are committed to a policy of total independence in the exercise of our duty as auditors and we do not engage in activities which may seem incompatible or conflict with our role as auditors. We carefully select our clients and we do not accept audit appointments which may compromise our professional integrity.
